This class was developed at Stanford University to help anyone who lives with ongoing health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, heart, breathing, back problems or other chronic issues. You will learn:
Join this class and learn how to design your own self-management program. Classes run for 6 weeks, one time per week on Monday afternoons.
